The Episcopal Church of St. Simon & St. Jude in Irmo, SC, is an inclusive, medium-sized parish with an unwavering commitment to music, most recently shown by our 2024 refurbishment of the pipe organ and console. We seek one or more musicians to join our liturgy leadership team, as organist/choir master(s) in May/June 2025. The responsibilities include assisting in liturgy planning, accompanying choir and congregational singing for our main service, and assisting with the handbell choir. The salary range is commensurate with job scope and experience and is guided by American Guild of Organists standards. Four weeks of vacation are provided for this part time position.
